By using fabm.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use fabm.app.
fabm.app is a free cycle-charting tool published by the RRM Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 93-4594315). FABM stands for Fertility Awareness-Based Methods, a class of fertility-tracking approaches taught by qualified instructors. fabm.app is named after this category because it is a charting tool that can support learning these methods.
fabm.app is not itself a fertility-awareness method, is not contraception, and is not a substitute for instruction by a qualified provider.
fabm.app records the daily observations you mark and displays them back on the History page. It does not interpret your cycle, predict ovulation, predict your next period, or tell you when you are or are not fertile. It does not provide medical advice and does not offer any clinical guidance.
fabm.app is not a medical device. The information shown in fabm.app is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including pregnancy.
If you have questions about your fertility, your cycle, family planning, or any other medical matter, talk to a qualified healthcare provider. If you intend to use any fertility-awareness method for family planning, learn the method from a qualified instructor before relying on it.
fabm.app is a charting tool. What the marks you record mean, what conclusions you draw from them, and what decisions you make based on those conclusions are entirely your own. The RRM Foundation does not interpret your data for you and is not responsible for any interpretation you make.
fabm.app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The RRM Foundation does not warrant that fabm.app will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the RRM Foundation, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of fabm.app. This includes (without limitation) any claim related to unintended pregnancy, missed or mistimed conception, any medical condition, any decision you make about family planning, or any other health outcome.
In any case, the aggregate liability of the RRM Foundation for any claim arising out of or relating to fabm.app shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US $100).
You agree not to misuse fabm.app. You will not attempt to compromise the security of the app, reverse-engineer it for malicious purpose, scrape it, or use it to harm others. You agree to use fabm.app only in compliance with applicable laws.
fabm.app is not intended for use by children under 13.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to fabm.app or these terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Pennsylvania, conducted in English under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and the RRM Foundation each agree to bring claims only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect, and disputes that cannot be arbitrated shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be visible in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of fabm.app after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
